Man, I should really get some sleep before I do this, but for some reason I'm driven to get these up right away - lack of brain oxygen, I guess. There is no logical reason. I'll put the digital stuff up, get some sleep, and try to figure out how to pay for processing a dozen rolls of film (that's where all my best pictures are, dammit.) So if you can't find your face in here, hang on, give me a week or two, and come on back.

Most of the Der Cosplay photos are in pages 6, 7, and 8..... as a performer, I know I'm not supposed to apologize in advance, but: I'm not that happy with them... a few minutes before the show started, they asked us not to use flashes, and I wasn't prepared mentally or with my equipment/film to shoot existing light - so I tried a few tricks I learned shooting concerts, and some of the stuff is viewable, but the bulk of it is just there for the enjoyment of those performers in the skit. Maybe the film stock will have some glorious shots. (Sure.)


Well, here we go - on this first page are some of my favorite digital shots, for various reasons, once again not logical - some just evoke a certain feeling, some have nice lighting or colors, whatever. But so far, tonight, I think my favorite two shots are the Kill Bill bad schoolgirl (can't remember her name), and Sakura sitting on the ball. (for some reason, it just seemed so perfectly in character, even with the cell phone.)
